2025 GALA DINNER

A Gala Dinner celebration will be held at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto on May 27, 2026 in honour of Greg Hicks, President & CEO of Canadian Tire Corporation.

Tables of 10 at $14,000 + HST and individual seats at $1,400 are available for purchase.

2024 GALA DINNER

The annual award gala dinner to honour 2024 CEO of the Year, Alexandre L’Heureux of WSP Global was held at the historic Royal Ontario Museum, in Toronto, on June 19, 2025.

This event grought together 400 of Canada’s business and community leaders for an evening of celebration. Communications consultant and bestselling author Howard Green served as the Master of Ceremonies.

Proceeds support the Futures Fund Scholarship program, which provides $10,000 bursaries to ten exceptional business students from universities across Canada.

2023 GALA DINNER

On May 23, 2024, more than 450 of Calgary’s business and community leaders gathered for a gala dinner honouring 2023 CEO of the Year, Mike Rose of Tourmaline Oil. The event was emceed by Communications Consultant and Best Selling Author, Howard Green. Christopher Potter, Chair and CEO of Peters & Co. Limited, paid tribute to Mr. Rose, and 2008 CEO of the Year Honouree Hal Kvisle presented him with “Paragon”, the official of the Year Award. Proceeds from gala ticket sales support the Futures Fund Scholarship for Canadian university business students.

2022 Gala Dinner

A gala dinner honouring 2022 CEO of the Year, Dave McKay RBC was held on May 3, 2023 at the Park Hyatt Toronto. Kathleen Taylor, Chancellor of York University introduced Mr. McKay, and proceeds from tickets sales support the Futures Fund Scholarship for university students across Canada.

2021 Gala Dinner

A gala dinner honouring 2021 CEO of the Year, Charles Brindamour of Intact Financial Corporation was held on October 20, 2022 at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto. The event welcomed a sold-out crowd of 430 guests and was hosted by Communications Consultant & Best Selling Author, Howard Green. General Roméo Dallaire paid tribute to Mr. Brindamour, and proceeds from tickets sales support the Futures Fund Scholarship for university students across Canada.

2020 Gala dinner

Due to government restrictions related to COVID-19, no gala was held in 2020.

The Gala honouring 2019 CEO of the Year, Lino Saputo Jr. of Saputo Inc., was held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto, ON.
