Alexandre L’Heureux

Alexandre L’Heureux is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WSP Global Inc. He joined WSP in July 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and held this position until he was promoted to President and CEO in October 2016.

Mr. L’Heureux’s vision and leadership have been key drivers behind the Corporation’s growth. Since he joined WSP, the Corporation has completed more than 90 acquisitions, significantly increasing its geographical presence and bringing its workforce to over 73,000 talented professionals globally.

Mr. L’Heureux brings over 25 years of international experience to WSP, with a strong skillset in finance, mergers and acquisitions and business strategy. Between 2005 and 2010, Mr. L’Heureux was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Auven Therapeutics L.L.L.P. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge of the alternative investments industry. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute. Mr. L’Heureux was also appointed Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Quebec CPA Order) in 2017.

Alexandre L’Heureux est président et chef de la direction du Groupe WSP Global Inc. Il s’est joint à WSP en juillet 2010 à titre de chef de la direction financière, poste qu’il a occupé jusqu’à ce qu’il soit promu président et chef de la direction en octobre 2016.

La vision et le leadership de M. L’Heureux se sont révélés essentiels à la croissance de l’entreprise. Depuis son entrée en fonction, l’entreprise a réalisé plus de 90 acquisitions, étendant ainsi considérablement sa présence géographique et portant ses effectifs à plus de 73 000 employés talentueux à l’échelle mondiale.

Cumulant plus de 25 ans d’expérience internationale, M. L’Heureux fait profiter WSP de ses excellentes compétences en finances, en fusions et acquisitions ainsi qu’en stratégie d’entreprise. Avant d’intégrer WSP, il a occupé, de 2005 à 2010, le poste d’associé et chef de la direction financière chez Auven Therapeutics L.L.L.P. Tout au long de sa carrière, il a acquis de vastes connaissances du domaine des placements non traditionnels. M. L’Heureux est comptable professionnel agréé et membre du Chartered Financial Analysts Institute. Il a également été nommé Fellow de l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (Ordre des CPA du Québec) en 2017.
